The new Arts Complex consists of several components. The 1,200-seat theater can be adjusted to 700 or 500 seats for different types of performances. In addition there is a 6,000 square foot art gallery and a 40-foot wide "Street of the Arts," a pedestrian walkway for art exhibits which serves as a dramatic entryway for theater attendees.

This school and counseling center for abused children provides a variety of services including child abuse and neglect prevention, a therapeutic pre-school, adolescent and after-school day treatment centers, a job training and placement center, and outpatient services.

of mental health treatment areas from family counseling services and separation of pre-schoolers from older children was achieved through close attention to entrances and internal circulation throughout the 40,000 square foot building. In addition to academic classrooms and basic job skills, the clinic teaches adult living skills using a mock apartment

The 76,000 square foot center for residential students contains flexible spaces for meetings and conferences and a Rathskeller-dining hall that can be used for small theater performances. Dining choices range from a multi-level main dining room to smaller specialized food services, such as a deli. The project also includes study areas, recreational facilities, television lounges, student life and administrative offices, clubrooms, and a photographic lab.

This complex houses 120 students in a 37,400 square foot apartment-style residence building. Each unit has 4 bedrooms sharing a common bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining room. The U-shaped structure is formed by two, 3-story residence wings with a central laundry and utility link that creates a central court. Designed to be compatible with existing buildings on campus, the building's tile roof repeats the profiles of nearby structures.
