To assure
our clients of continuity of service, a carefully selected project
team headed by a principal of the firm remains with the project
from the initial design phases through the preparation of construction
documents and administration of the construction. Under the direction
of an experienced project manager, the team conducts regular workshop
meetings with the client which not only keeps the client informed
of progress but also encourages the client's active participation
in all aspects of the project.

of the project team, it must create opportunities for individual
