The Luckman Partnership is organized to challenge and stimulate its creative staff to develop the necessary efficiency, economy and flexibility in every building project it undertakes.

The firm's principals participate personally in each project. They are experienced in the administration and management of all types and sizes of projects.

The firm constantly researches and evaluates materials and systems in order to keep abreast of the latest developments in building design technology.

Projects are designed, documented and coordinated using the latest in computer technology for the design profession. In addition to our own CADD standards, we can produce documents conforming to formats required by our clients.

A constantly updated Quality Control Plan is applied to each project, assuring the client of the full commitment of the firm to produce complete, high-quality documents for each project.

Special attention is given to control of construction costs throughout the entire project. Cost estimates are prepared at key milestones. Systems, materials, and finishes are value-engineered before being incorporated into the design.

Experienced management utilizing scheduling and manpower control techniques assures development and completion of projects within established time schedules.

As a result, more than 95 per cent of the projects designed by the firm have been completed at or below the construction budget.
